Ratae's Directors are Clare Hudson and Peter Ireson.
Clare has worked in arts and creative business management for over 20 years. She has worked for the South Bank Centre, Royal Opera House, Classworks Theatre, Leicester International Music Festival, Warwickshire County Council and Arts Council England. She set up Creative Leicestershire in 2005 supporting small arts, design and media companies and is currently Project Manager for the Creative Enterprise ERDF project based at Coventry University. She is Chair of Trustees for Big Difference Company and a Fellow of the RSA.
Peter is Director of Derby LIVE and has over 25 years of performing arts venue experience from roles at West Yorkshire Playhouse, Haymarket Theatre Leicester, the Royal Centre Nottingham and the Civic Hall in Bedworth. He gained an MBA in 2006 and was TMA Theatre Manager of the Year 2010.
