'The review carried out by Ratae has been extremely helpful in examining the structure and operation of the venue, with a particular focus on sustainability, strategic development and value for money. Also very helpful were the practical comments to help improve income generation and the bottom line. The consultant’s specific knowledge of the industry meant that the review was authoritative and incisive, yet at the same time realistic and pragmatic. The use of benchmarking against local authority venues nationally lent credibility to the whole process.'
